Pre-Emptive Strike is a board game for 2 to 6 players in which each player controls one of the factions warring for control of the desert region of Iraghania. Pre-Emptive Strike! is a tongue-in-cheek look at our world’s current leaders and the problems they can all create. Pre-Emptive Strike! contains over 700 full color tokens, a huge board game map, scenarios, faction tiles, and two full 56 card decks of event cards. All you need to bring to the table are the dice. The first download contains the rulebook, the map, the army book and the scenario book. The second download (the free one!) contains the tokens, tiles, cards, and other playing aides.
